ABOUT MY CLASSES

I mainly teach according to the Pralaya yoga system. This is developed by Robert Boustany, a yoga master based in Houston. Pralaya yoga uses a unique combination of strenghening underdeveloped muscles and gaining flexibility by loosening connective tissue in the body. This makes it a very efficient way of opening up the body. To accomplish this we use traditional and not traditional yoga poses, breathing techniques and relaxation methods. My classes are clear, informative and known to be physically challenging. This combination makes the class transformative and will help increase your body-awareness. It is extremely important to me to make classes accisible to every level, from beginner to experienced, everyone will be challanged in their way.

The main goal is to align your skeletal structure and increase the longevity of the joints. This process will make it possible to sit comfortably for meditation and thereby benefit you on an energetic level. By aligning the spine and other bones in the body, the energy will be able to run with less resistance, making you stronger and healthier.

PRIVATE CLASSES

Private classes are the perfect way to go over specific topics, to work on injuries and discomfort in the body, to work on your posture, alignment, breath and are great for people who need special attention. After following one or more private session, you will be able to get more out of your group classes too. Private classes can be taken 1-to-1 or can be followed by a small group of people.
